Once someone has scheduled an appointment with you, it will appear as an event on your calendar just like any other event. You can then add additional details about the event, such as notes or attachments. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, simply click on the event and then click on the "Edit" button. From there, you'll be able to make any changes that you need to make.
